Though, my issue with that is... he benched Smith for Kap. I don't know if I can trust him with QBs either.

Show some respect. Lovie coached this team for 9 years and always conducted himself with class and dignity. Love him or hate him, you have a every right to be glad that he is gone but he does not deserve to be treated with disrespect.

Hate that he is with the bad guys but I would love to get McCarthy actually. His teams play physical and he knows how to get the most out of his offense.

Also would help if the candidate had an attitude that could put the fear of God in some of these players so they can fear losing their fucking jobs as much as the HC does..

Trestman isn't going anywhere. No one is, including Tucker. The Bears don't make those kind of moves.

They just got as humiliated as they possibly could on national TV. Things like this force GMs to do something just to save face themselves. I'd guarantee at least Tucker gets fired this week.

I'll believe it when I see it. Tucker's dismissal is certainly warranted - maybe even Trestman's, though there's not really anyone to step in at Head Coach. But the Bears just don't do that stuff. For Chrissakes, Phil Emery is still starting Shea McClellin. STARTING him. I find it hard to believe he is going to do anything about the shortcomings on the coaching staff when he has so much ego invested in a little linebacker.

Despite my disbelief that the Bears will do anything, this meeting could lend a shred of hope. It could have been Emery instructing Trestman that Tucker is gone.
