Don’t know what that is supposed to mean. Maybe we’re watching different games.

He looks exactly how his stats suggest. And it’s encouraging, considering that thus far, he has not had a consistent running game to rely on, to keep defenses honest.

In fact, on the Howard goal line fumble, in the 2nd, it was Mitch that drove the field (56 yards passing, including a 47 yard bomb yo Gabriel). Howard had 8 yards rushing and of course the fumble.

With Howard’s TO there, all we remember, is that Mitch looked like nothing but ass for 100% of the 1st half, even though he did look like a boss on that drive.

His stats suggest he's been consistently good the past two games, but I don't get that feeling watching the actual games. There's nothing "consistent" about his performances. You don't have the confidence yet to hang your hat on his good performances and say "Ok, this is what Mitch is going to give us" on any given day.

Not me. Trubs is every bit as good and more mobile.

There's no doubt Mitch is a superior athlete. The exciting thing for NFL fans is it looks like there are a number of promising young QBs in the league now. Wentz, Goff, Watson, Mitch, Mahomes, Darnold, Mayfield, Rosen, Jimmy G. and even Winston...

No doubt the NFL has a great wave of young qbs to keep us entertained for years. I just hope when all is said and done, Trubisky is one of them.

Mitch is developing very nicely. This week will be the biggest test he’s ever had though. I don’t think Mahomes was great i would say he was good enough. I hope we can see that or better this week with Mitch.

Take Goff over Trubisky every damn time. Thanks.

where was Goff's warrior spirit in the wildcard round vs Atl? 24/45 for 77.9 rating? Lulz.

I know. That’s the problem with daft Bears’ fans. Very stupid bunch.

The unintelligent turn to namecalling when they simply can't ignore the facts.

Trubisky is terrible at throwing deep passes still. Perhaps he will never be good at it.

Sorry, 20 yards past the LOS doesn't really count as "deep passes" in my book. Nagy's offense has had WRs and TEs open well downfield, and Trubisky doesn't even come close to completing them.

Case Keenum...2nd best deep ball thrower in the NFL...who knew, right?

He's still got some "WTF" plays and missed open receivers, but he's definitely growing up quickly these last couple games. Mahomes had some big-time misses against New England that looked early Trubisky-like so it's not like Trubisky is the only one missing open receivers from time to time.

Who's the 7th highest rated passer in the NFL right now? Mitch Trubisky. Mahomes, the new god of the NFL, is 5th. Considering how bad Trubisky looked at times through the first 3 games, that's pretty crazy.

Montana missed open receivers... Young... Rodgers... Brady... every QB misses open receivers every game
