I haven't watched season 3 but your S1 & S2 quick recaps are spot on. S2 took awhile to get going and considering the rampant sex trafficking in the world/country, they should have tried to at least tie the first 2 seasons together somehow.

They just directly tied S1 and S3 together. Similar theme in all 3 seasons.

A little underwhelming season-finale, but we pretty much knew the crime and who did it. The finale focused more on the detective's personal lives, which was interesting.

The ending was anticlimactic but sweet. Overall season 3 is worth watching, not as good as 1 better than 2.

Agreed. Season 1 is still the best.
