There's a couple of resources you could use to be informed as to why Tony Romo did NOT make this comment, and should have never crossed your mind as the person who might have made the comment.
1. Critical thinking skills
2. Google/yahoo or whatever you use to google things
But since you lack these somehow in 2021, Tony Romo was PLAYING in the NFL when that comment was made. He wasn't in a booth talking about Cutler.
