You're just Special person and drunk

A shame that wasn't on HBO. JLH boobage is EPIC

so far very meh. 2nd episode the end was good but it is moving at a snails pace

See I think you should do it the other way around, watch the series and then read the books. My reasoning is the book is always better from my experience. So this way the book as an expansion to the show. So certain things that you didn't catch or understand are expanded on. Like in Season 1 the guy that grabbed Aria during Ned's execution. I had no idea who he was from the show but the books cleared it up for me.

That's why I like the books first, I knew who he was, I also can explain it to my wife what is going on.

You should read the books first, you will get more out of the tv series

I know the books are supposed to be amazing, but I'm just not as into fantasy or historical fantasy in book form (even though I read A LOT!) as I am in television-film (visual) form. My imagination doesn't extend that well into those realms and I prefer the joy of watching trained actors and set designers and screenwriters doing all the work for me. And I like the weekly anticipation. And since I haven't read the books there are no spoilers for tv!

I wonder if I'd be better off not watching. I'm just going to watch it hoping for a nip slip the entire time.

Agreed, first was best but I think season 4 is gonna be crazy. Second was pretty good too. I also love Archer and Sons of Anarchy on FX. The Ultimate Fighter and Coal round out my favorite FX programming.

Archer is getting to be like south part, some episodes are great and some are horseshit. The whole space station story was boring. Still love the show.

It was a reality series following a startup coal mining outfit in either Kentucky or West Virginia can't remember which. It's been a year since the first season and they were supposed to do a second season. My guess is MSHA did the same thing to this show that they did to Gold Rush Alaska and came down on them like a ton of bricks. It was a really interesting show that spent most of it's time underground with the miners. My mistake it's on Spike not FX.

Hmm, interesting, what did MSHA do to Gold Rush? I thought that was still on?
