LMAO he didn't say that at all. He said all masks are fine to protect others around you but that to protect yourself you should go with an N95 or a Kn95. He said a mask mandate now won't work due to low compliance and due to us being far along in the wave and there are better, more effective measures (like having vaccinated people quarantine if they've had a known exposure)

Idk about other states on that map but we are at 60% in the 18 to 45 bracket and 81% from there up here in wv our governor and our vastly Republican run state house have pushed the vaccine non stop 24 7 they have held raffles for trucks, guns, million dollar give aways payed people 100 to 200 dollars to get vaccinated the issue here is people in the younger less vulnerable age groups are choosing not too
