I wasnt suggesting that he did pay to have the evidence changed. I have read others jump to that conclusion after her lawyer said the rape kit lost chain of custody. Just pointing out even if that was true why would he then go and ruin his bought evidence?

Kaplan had a lawyer on Comcast SportsNet to talk about the case. He asked if lack of DNA means no rape, and she said no because many rapists don't ejaculate, so he may not have left any DNA in her.
Because, you know, DNA is only found in semen apparently. None of the meatheads on the panel knew to question here. Probably most of the audience, too.

Exactly. The only one with motivation to have this evidence thrown out is the prosecution.
The more I hear, the more I think they actually are trying to claim that somebody removed Kane's and planted someone else's DNA.

I like Kap because he is such a homer and rages at Chicago teams when they fail. But I don't take him seriously when it comes to real issues or controversies. I was sad when Kap and Haugh was cancelled. It was fun to listen to when they were actually discussing sports.

That was released information from a "source". Something to keep in mind is that this was stated as an investigation of an incident that occurred at Kane's residence from the get go.

Or she was drugged, or just drank to much...it was 3 am after all....went into a room in Kanes home. He was busy or passing out elsewhere. Whatever, and two guys in Kanes home held her down in the dark and raped her.
