Thanks for clearing that up. I spent all night wondering if you meant Camry or Camaro.
Glad to teach you something about Bears history

I agree Urblock is a strait shooter. I had a few of them pinto's in HS, I know that sub frame set up would not hold tourqe. He must have done something. I believe the guy overall. I had a stereo that would twist that subframe, i am shocked I am not deaf today. My speaker magnets had more weight and metal then that sub frame. lol.Urblock seems like a pretty straight shooter, but Joe made a good point. So I did some light research.
1...The 351 Windsor weighs approximately twice that of a stock Pinto 4 cylinder
2... A stock 351 Windsor has more than twice the torque of the Pinto engine.
In order to keep that car together, some serious front suspension mods would have to be done to hold the increased weight of the 351. Also, the Pinto used subframes, so some serious chassis mods would have to be done to handle the increased torque. The only thing connecting the front and rear subframes together on a stock Pinto is sheet metal. I have no idea what mods, if any, were performed on Urblocks car in regards to chassis or suspension.

Urblock said in response that they welded in those subframe connectors...I take him at his wordI agree Urblock is a strait shooter.
