I imagine The Hawk is a useless co-worker.
I have to retrain a guy that flunked off his job. Last time he was trained he sat on his ass and read the news paper.
I told my boss if he pulls that shit on me 1 time I'm done teaching him anything.
The more I work around the unions the more I'm starting to dislike them.
That guy is prolly gonna be your boss soon....
Lmao we've been saying this for weeks.
Too many kiss-ass fucktards get promoted to leadership positions.
I will say I am lucky... my boss and his boss are both solid.... they are upper management so there will always be some friction between guys like them and guys like me "in the trenches" so to speak, but both of them came from where I am now, they didn't luck into promotions as far as I can tell.
But my company is overflowing with Directors who lead no one.... many who have been given Director titles simply because of the salary they are being paid... they try to make them lead people and it often fails miserably. Frequently I check people's e-mail sigs and go "That person is a Director? Srs?"...

ever work with non-union? I use to go with my friend to his jobs on the fucking weekends because he cared so much about his job, money and customers. Union don't give a shit basically as long as they get a check. Too bad I'll probably never make Union boss because these guys knows I will fire their asses' on spot.
Yeah I have honestly it's more so the company's fault in my situation because they have a 6 month probationary period where they can fire you for anything they want.
They let these lazy fucking idiots get by for 6 months then they join the union. The company then takes about another year or so to figure out that employee isn't worth a **** but now they're in the union it takes too much paperwork for the company to do anything about it.
