Season ticket holders could not sue the organization over something like that. If you read the disclaimers that every season ticket holder agrees to, it states explicitly that the club has the right to revoke our ability to purchase season tickets for any reason, even if we were a loyal paying fan for 30+ years and never missed a payment. Even if that were the case, we are never guaranteed tickets for the following season.

It's still pretty shitty though. Considering they are taking the chance away from a paying customer to watch the game live while the give the seat away to some media douche like Rozner or Mike Imrem so they can write more bullshit fluff.

yeah that's total bullshit--I get that they want to make these bars and all, but i know in our section we're like family, same people every game---it would suck balls if they just upped and moved everyone and then on top of it didn't give them any options...IMO anyone effected by this should have an authentic jersey of the player of their choice sent to them for the inconvenience the $ they will make in 1 game at these bars will cover all the wholesale costs for the jerseys for the hundred or so that got pushed out--just my thoughts

I think some of them from 309 went to the 200 level right below.

They was no one from the 200 level there that was waving a flag.

Now there are 2 people that are doing it , just like in 309.
