The good coaches cant even be hired until they are kicked out of the playoffs.
Bears have already done interviews with plenty of the top candidates via zoom, just like everyone else is required to do.

Vrabel was never really an option. Brady is a fan/friend and part owner of the Raiders. There's a reason he didn't waste his time there. I suspect Johnson still wants here but will have financial leverage with a couple other offers. The Bear better not blink.

Low ceiling coach, sure he'd turn the bears around but id rather swing for a home run then get a mediocre coach who ran 1 top 10 defense in 7 years.
Not trying to go defensive HC anyways. Give me an offensive mind like brady, monken or ben johnson to unleash caleb.

I would love monken, but there are a group of idiot bears fans who watched 1 year of ben johnson and think he's gods gift to football.
Vrabel could matter less to them, the main guy is BJ. If he goes elsewhere this board will have a complete meltdown
