A JJ and Boozer combo gives this team basically a 4 All-Star starting 5 and Deng. Thats without a doubt the best starting 5 in the league and i dare anyone to argue it.

Hey look what i found. It says best starting 5...

Well ive never used that "Whens the last time" comeback to Cubs fans. In fact, i like both baseball teams, i just happen to like the Sox more...How old are you? How do you become a heat fan but you also like the Hawks and your named after an overpaid bum who plays for the lovable losers?

Also, the Dolphins have absolutely no problem selling out on gameday. Neither do college teams.

Every White Sox fan I know does, it's sad.

I'm 15, so when I was in 1st grade I was 6 turning 7?

I've lived in Chicago Suburbs all my life.

Same here.

I hate when people say "You have to choose one!". I didnt grow up around the inner city rivalry being that ive lived in FL most of my life. My dad brought me and my bro to both Cubs and Sox games when we did live in Illinois. My bro became more of a Cubs fan but i choose the Sox because i liked the colors more..and Frank.

So how in the hell do you become a Heat fan living in Chicago? My guess if that you and your family probably liked Wade out of college and you just started to get into basketball in 05 or 06, like many Heat fans. Youre just another young, uninformed bandwagon fan.

Like I said my grandfather introduced me into basketball when I was in 1st grade which was 2002, that when they had Brian Grant, Eddie, younger 'Zo. That's two years before Wade came, so no, that's not 05 or 06. I was in Florida at the time with him.

I've lived in NW Indiana all my life and we're in the Chicago media market, so I've been well exposed to the rivalry. Still, I have respect for the Cubs as a Chicago team and only wish them bad and talk trash when they face my White Sox.

As for the Big Hurt, he is a lot of the reason why I became a White Sox fan as a child.

And we're way off topic now. Lol.

Well first off, you can admit that you were wrong about what i stated, which was in fact starting 5.

And here's my argument, something you have yet to provide in your uninformed basketball "conversations".
Deng>Artest. Deng is younger, provides more offensively, better rebounder and is still a good defender. He's also more of a pro. Artest provides spurts off offense and is just a lockdown defender.
Noah>Bynum. Noah is a better defender, passer and runs the court much better. Bynum gets hurt more often and Noah is obviously the leader/heart and soul of this team. His play in the playoffs was superb most of the time. Bynum has more offensive potential though.
Gasol>Boozer. Really no argument here. Gasol went to work on Boozer when they met in the Western Semis and has been one of the best players in these playoffs, period.
Kobe>JJ. No argument on this one either. Kobe plays both ends of the floor better than JJ and is a leader. The most clutch player in the league.
Rose>Odom. Doesnt make sense to compare these two considering 1 is a starting PG all-star and the other is a PF 6th man. Thats why we compare starting 5s(original argument). No one can argue who is better whether its Rose-Fisher or Rose-Odom. One of these three is a top player at his position and makes a difference night in and night out.

I see one team with 3 current all-stars(Rose,JJ,Boozer), 1 guy who was in AS discussion until injury and was also considered as most improved and was 2nd in the league in rebounding until injury(Noah). Your 5th and worst player of the 5 is Deng, who is an 18-8 guy who can get to the line and play good defense. Ive never seen a team with a guy that good being their 4th best scoring option and overall 5th best player. I see another team with two All-stars but both are arguably the absolute best at their positions. Then i see a often injured and inconsistent C(Bynum) to go along with one defensive ACE(artest) and one of the leagues most inconsistent athletes(Odom). The Bulls are young and only going to improve. Rose has superstar potential. Kobe is only going to go downhill. Fisher, Odom, Artest are all on the wrong side of their careers.

The answer is clear. Bulls w/ JJ and Boozer>Lakers. If Kobe and Gasol are off, the Lakers dont stand a chance. If Rose and Boozer are off you still have JJ and Deng.

So who introduced you to the Cubs and Hawks? Doesnt add up to me. You just happen to like them the one year before they had Wade and werent any good?

yea i just seem like he is a forgotten star like in the late 90s early 2000s it was all about shaq kobe jason kidd etc.

that was an interesting time period because alot of stars in the 90s like reggie miller and karl malone and gary payton were still playing but werent really stars

I love this idea, and have been wanting this scenario for a while. Getting Boozer and Joe Johnson would put the Bulls into title contention.

And they arent exactly the toughest players to get either. You could probably get them both for under the max if they both want to win.

LOL well i know we will get at least 1 FA and at worst it would be Johnson. To go along with Rose and Noah, thats a solid improvement.
