That entire sequence was 2012 playoffs all over again. A terrible play by Bickell, a terrible giveaway by Oduya, and a soft OT goal given up by Crawford. Let's hope they all got it out of their system.

I didn't think it was a "softie" in the sense that it wasn't like it was Boedker's OT goal. While Craw probably would have rather been up...it was a pin point - kind of lucky shot that found a hole.

I also thought that Cullen swept that puck to Zucker from his belly...Oduya didn't give it away...again, kind of a desperation play by Cullen - more than a giveaway.

And while Bickell turned it over, the Hawks had time/players back....just in all a broken play that favored Minny

Oh...and anyone else notice the "stats" - Hawks alledgedly only had 4 hits in the first, 2 in the second? I think off the top of my head I can name 4 hits they had in the first...

You Know when a coach goes to the officals to ***** about cheating in the faceoffs, he is trying to get advantage in anyway possible, for the lack of talent he has, IM talking about coach Mike Yao. YET, If he wants to go that far, Sundays game, the refs were allowing the Wild to skate to the face of and drop the puck a few times, which was bullshit. HOW MANY times can you kick a player out from the face off our redue it or lecture a player....It fell like an extra period was needed just for the refs..THIS all comes down to my thoughts of Us being prime time, the NHL wanting to extend this a little more, I said in 5 and thats what it should be.

P.S. Clutterbuck is the biggest ***** that would fit in perfectly with the Nucks. He likes to dish it out, but whine and cry when he gets hit back, I love how that was brought up on National TV yesterday.

I didn't understand that with the linesman either.

Koivu and Cullen kept getting lectured - but were allowed to stay in? Watching other games, players were getting thrown out left and right.

During one in game interview yesterday Coach yeo complained to pumkinhead Pierre that his team was being unfairly treated in the FO circle.

well, your player Coach Yeo, is not suppose to skate the the puck while the ref is dropping it, and as a ref you should know that with out someone pointing that out to you to stop them. Again, anything to get the refs to swing it in their direction. He was also quoted saying after game two, that We just don't have the talent to match up against the Hawks, followed by the Hawks were cheating in the FO circle...WOW!

again, similar to what Mike Gillis was trying to do when we evened up the series. Try anything to get the momentum back.

He had a strong game otherwise. He def didnt look good on that OT goal. Hawks don't get to OT without Craw in regulation. Sounds a lot like last year doesn't it?

Really don't know why he was down so early Pez and remained there. That entire shift was brutal starting with Bickells (i thought he was horrible today) turn over and I really need to see the OT goal again because that was a messy scene down low and behind the net. Oduya kind of sucked on the OT goal also now that i watch it again. Over committed had the puck on his stick and fucked it up. Craw needs better positioning though for sure.

if anything came out of that game is the Wild are going glove high...but isnt that the common blueprint on NHL goalies these days?

as a goalie, Crow looked like he was crouched to find the puck through a screen. When a goalie loses sight of the puck, that's the first thing you do is crouch to see it through legs.

Still should have been hugging the post, but I didn't think it was that bad of a goal.

What pissed me and the wife off more, was that they were being warned about early line changes too

back in my day, it was a penalty for "too many men" but now it's just multiple warnings I guess.

agreed, but, the blame goes on not enough forchecking behind the net and clearing the puck, to lazy on both goals. And I don't know but is it me or does Seebs look like he has lost a step this year, looks overweight, and not seem to be mentally in the game this season.

people are pointing to all three of those goals being high glove

I'm pointing out that all three goals were by an open man in front of the net.

I think you are reaching, big time. They were targeting Seabs a lot in game three. He was hit a good ten times. Its kind of hard to play puck possession when fending off checks, which is precisely why the Wild were doing and why teams love to do that to the Hawks. The instant you give any of our defensemen an inch, they skate or pass the puck out of the zone and transition the play in the opposite direction.

My favorite teams
 1. Portland Timbers
 1. Chicago Blackhawks
It seemed to me in the OT goal Dr. Craw was crouched anticipating a possible wrap-around. As the puck came around he held the low post but was beaten high over the opposite shoulder. IMHO had he gone high he could have been beaten on a low wrap-around and the malcontents would have *still* grapped the torches and pitchforks.

Let's face it, that shot had eyes not unlike a goal Kane scored on Minny a year or two ago.

Still: Perspective, folks. We could have Fleury in net.

I will point out the fact that Crawford has been money glove side all year so I'd chalk it up to a coincidence rather than an ongoing problem.

You and David might agree (I hope), but it seemed like CC got mesmerized by the puck on the Parise goal. It is very difficult to glove a puck when it is being dangled three feet in front of you and roofed just over your blocking position. It seemed like CC had no intention of raising his basket to stop it, he just wanted to block a low, half assed backhander. Parise took advantage of that and did a hell of a job lifting it up into the twine at the right angle to avoid the block.

that backhand was just a perfect shot. Backhanders are the hardest shots to stop as they are so damn unpredictable.
