Most of the time they need great QB play...which never seems to be the case with Cutler

it's circular.

See for a QB to be effective in the nfl, a team needs other players for the qb to get the ball to and pass/ run blocking. And to say that the Bears were a quality offense last year especially with all player positions is ludicrous. I have already stated that Cutler was part of the problem, no argument from me. As was the offensive line, WRs TEs, and RBs. All were to blame. Oh and the biggest was the coaching staff inability to game plan and provide in game coaching.

LOL...so even 2 pro bowl wide receivers aren't enough to elevate Cutler above mediocre?

It's like I said before, Jay could be a good QB.

All he needs is 4 pro-bowl receivers, 2 all-pro RB's, 2 all-pro/pro bowl level TE's, and an offensive line stacked with at least 6 future HOF'ers (5 wouldn't be enough).

And then he might be good.

Sadly when you point this out...Cutler looks to be a majority of the problem of why the offense was not good.

nope, when I point them out it means they didn't do their job and were shitty performers.

Swap a decent QB in and in addition to Bennett, Marshall and Alshon would have been.

like whom? The guy that just was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers? hahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahhaa

Forte set a record for receptions & Bennett made the pro bowl. Jeffery also had over 1000 yards receiving...

Who you crappin?
