Never mind, I figured out something I wont eat. Even if I'm starving.

I'll take the cheddar, you can have the head cheese.

That’s still probably less disgusting than bologna or that pink slime they put in our ground beef.

It'a just milk thickened with a roux(flour mixed with a fat). If you ever had homemade mac n cheese you've had a variation of it.

Great now we know how to make gravy for biscuits and gravy.

Really hit or miss. Some restaurants do that shitty powdered kind. I could live without that. But the when it's homemade with flour, whipping cream, etc then sign me up. I could eat it all day.

quality does vary greatly, so does the technique used to make it.. i makes like a peppery bechamel w cream + add sum veloute to me biscuits and gravy....

if im just making a white sauce for chicken fried steak.. normally i just makes a peppery veloute though
