I miss Urblock pulling his beans.

Not sure how long you're gonna be here, but warming up again at the end of the week.I know it. Totally ruined our trip. I just wanted to absorb sunshine and feel some heat. Its been righteously cold in Colorado lately.
At the airport now, lol.
Can of sardines with mayo. Kinda made chicken salad out of it. Would have liked some diced celery and onions but too much work.
You should try sardines with avocado. They actually go well. Make the pit hole a bit bigger, and mix what you scoop out with the sardines, then add your flavourings of choice, and put it in the hole and chow.
I had sardines for the first time ever today. I bought them after hearing Spartan mention them in the Keto thread.
I opened the can as though something awful was going to happen to me, but they are really not too different than tuna. Well, bad tuna, maybe.
I will have to try them the way you guys have suggested.

Kipper snacks and smoked oysters > sardines in the canned seafood arena.
Never heard of Tony's, we must not have any around here.Smoked herring, mackerel, chub, and sprats are all better than sardines imo, and the difference in cost is negligible. I'm not 100% certain but I bet all those have a higher fat content for those doing keto. I know you can get decent tinned fish at Tony's, probably lots of other groceries around Chicago too.
Have to look into all that. Looking for not only the higher fat output but more omega 3 in general.Smoked herring, mackerel, chub, and sprats are all better than sardines imo, and the difference in cost is negligible.
