I'm making tagine. Looking forward to it. Been awhile.

That is vague, like saying you are making stew, specifics? Like what's the protein?

Now I'm eating some wild caught coho salmon with sweet potato fries.

That sounds real good.

I love slow cooking or braising, making stews or soups, making the house smell great.
Super good. If you like that kind of thing, I'd definitely recommend it. But punching up the spices definitely helps. And it's incredibly healthy.

Do you use instant couscous, because I really like that stuff. I've had a bowl of roasted garlic instant couscous with a little olive oil as a meal. Putting that tagine on top of it sounds outstanding.

The couscous I use is pretty instant. Boil some water, add a little olive oil and salt, throw the couscous in there and let it absorb the water for like 5 mins. If that's the instant version then yes...wasn't aware of any longer version.

Just fine. Put it in there. Set the temp. Toss it a couple times. Less mess.

Clean up would be really easy. I usually do it on the grill on a pan lined with tin foil, then when I'm done I can just toss the tin foil. Getting colder so not a viable option. How many slices you put in your air fryer?

Air fryers suck. What a bad investment. HHM will attest that bacon done by sous vide is quite a treat. You can throw an unopen pack into the sous vide, then put it back in the fridge, and take out the slices you want and crisp each side in a pan for about a minute. So good.

5 or 6. It all depends. Usually thick slices. I use the air fryer in many different ways without using the oven or frying on the stove.

It was a wedding gift...I've used it only a handful of times in 2 years. Do agree that it is pretty meh

Really? Because I mentioned my air fryer you automatically post it sucks? Think about it? I thought maybe you had some fairness.
