First of all I am clearly a fan of the Bears, Hawks and Cubs and I'm here on this site to chat with my fellow Bears, Hawks and Cubs fans. Second I don't know how me not eating something at an exact moment means I have the personality of a beetle. Third, who are you? Roasted chicken thighs with some vegetables. Red onion, red bell pepper, fingerling potatoes, garlic, artichoke hearts, capers, cherry tomatoes tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. Added some kalamata olives the last 10 mins. Garnished with lemon juice, feta cheese and parsley.
