What Are You Playing Right Now? (Gaming Thread)

Heroes of the Storm. It's basically another DOTA/HON/LOL type of game with less emphasis on hitting minions and more emphasis on getting little mini objectives. It's kind of a nice alternative to those types of games in a way. And Blizzard made it so it has a bunch of characters from their games which is cool. It's a meh game in and of itself, but playing with friends is always better

Took a little break from gaming after going all in on MLB The Show. Came back and I want to finish InFamous First Light. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes was put out for PS plus this month, so I might play that next. Been pretty disenchanted overall with MGS since the first one for regular playstation. This will decide if I buy Phantom Pain.

Anyway, I have a huge backlog of games I need to play, so I might as well play them now LOL. I'm probably behind 20 games or so.

ground zeroes pissed me off due to its demo-like build. i beat it 3 times on the day of its release and on the third time through i did a speed run of 7 minutes - havent touched it since. i will wait on the youtube crowd before i go running head first into phantom pain, just because of the bad taste in my mouth from GZ.

im not saying the actual gameplay was bad... because the core of the game was solid... well i could tick tack some bs, like a truck not being able to run over a tent. OR the same old serious flaw of how dumb the ai can be at times etc etc.. but i wont go there..

Yeah, sucks having responsibilities. It's like, I want more time off to play video games, but more time off means I can't buy video games. Just a vicious circle they have wrapped us in.

Makes no sense that I need to resign up on 2k and re do everything since I don't currently have an internet connect. This piece of shit franchise never ceases to amaze me.

Re-playing Doom 3 BFG edition. Need to get back into The Old Republic. Dabbled a couple time with MechWarrior Online. Seems kinda buggy.

Stanley Parable is on sale on Steam for $3.74. That's cheaper than a cup of coffee. A very entertaining game.. funny and dark. It makes you want to replay and experience the several different endings that it has. It's been on numerous GOTY lists. Highly recommended, especially at this price.

Been playing Far Cry 3.... I have had it for a while on a Steam deal but never got around to it.

I am enjoying it.

Just beat Arkham Knight. Thought it was pretty awesome. Only thing is I felt some of the batmobile stuff was forced, but it was still pretty cool driving it around and getting into tank battles. I was also a little disappointed that there weren't more boss battles in the side missions.

lol, I just reinstalled Asylum. First time I played it, my PC couldnt make it through the crazy sandman part with all the effects, so I am finishing it now.

Just finished Far Cry 3... game was lots of fun... story was interesting.... ending was a bit disappointing though.
