been playing a lot of schedule I. its fun but there are some bugs.. that solo dev has put out 3-4 post launch patches but the last one seemed to have create a couple of new lil bugs.. but given how active he is, im sure those will get fixed soon.

main game a lil different than demo...

The game is more than just growing buds to sell.. you can mix budz to create new strains.. you can make meth and the coca.. i just unlocked the coca supplier and am now growing coca plants.. idk if i have to dry out the leave before i can cook it or if i can cook wet leaves with just lesser end quality..

the amount of strainz you can make from your 4 main strainz of bud is crazy.. you can make strains with the meth too.. idk about the coca.. just unlocked it..

the game is a tad bit grindy.. simple grinding, but grinding.. you can hire workers though.. my 2 botanist that grow me budz are outproducing my dealers. i have to not pay them some days so they wont work and i can keep me supply in check due to space. you start out growing by yourself, but eventually unlock options to hire workers. there are several types of workers you can hire.

you can deal by yourself, but you unlock dealers too.. you can assign them customers.

you can buy a few businesses to launder money. you need them cause you can only deposit so much cash per week in the atm.. you need cash and legit bank funds for purchases from different vendors..

you can buy a few places to set up your operations. the first is a small motel room.. im at a barn right now. can afford a warehouse but probably going to buy the taco shop for more laundering..

you can buy vehicles... tbh i use a gold skateboard to get around.. i do have a van to go to the store to load up on certain supplies. all suppliers will eventually deliver too though..

cops will chase you.. but system is simple..

you can pickpocket ppl, you can get weapons.. fiends will walk up on you from time to time.. seem to be happening more.. budz have an addictive meter too.. theres a small casino with a few basic games..

game has multiple functions but they are basic.. solo dev...

wish this game was done by rockstar for more advance features.. more customers/dealers etc etc.. but its fun enough as is..

def have on health bars cause the map is dark and the mobs seem more agro. that option made the game easier overall. i think i beat the first 3-4 maps without it on. while on, no random sneaky zombies f ing shit up. but also got guud and learn to cover every gap etc.

I had a really good start on my first try last night.

Had nothing but rangers and ballistas pushing out in all directions.

I used a ranger to go grab some resource drops and then kited the mob around.

That kiting caused one of the nearby infected mutants to rush and the base was dead.

You need 2-3 ballistas and some double wall between them and the mutants in my experience.

I tried to sacrifice all of my rangers to kite the mutant away but there wasn't space.

No joke, map is dark af, but I like it.

my first few trys on the map had multiple doom cities on my boarder and mutants near me.. no real direction to expand.. def died from charging mutants...at least twice early game....when i did beat it i had east/ne clear enough to where i had time to build to combat an early mutant far west... only one doom city right on my actual boarder to the west. once i cleared that and that mutant i expanded west it was smooth sailing.. easily pushing north and south with full sniper squads dealing with the rest of the dooms/giants/mutants..

Yeah I am upgrading, 15 days till the end.

I pushed south and walled off the chokepoint.

I want to keep this as a 2nd line and build a thicc 1st line farther south.

See if I have enough resources.

I found the Doom Town and have 16 snipers, 10 soldiers, 1 Titan, and 10 rangers, gonna try to pop it.

forgot how long days are in a sense. i normally started at 92.. did 100.

wish there were more maps for that game cause after 80 hours of schedule I, need to play something else . Will revisit that game after further updates, dont want to completely burn out before other features come on line.

Might be tiume to learn rust.. i have it installed and keep it up to date.. but i know the amount of hours can get crazy if you get into it. might just find a chill pve server to learn the game..

I got crushed.

Was just too far behind, not enough force on each chokepoint.

Many held, but that southern one folded and let them right into the core of the base.

I had a huge setback when I started clearing the Doom Village, the infected mutants to the north aggro'd to my northern chokepoint, broke through and infected half my town before I stopped it.

By the time I rebuilt and started clearing again the TAB swarms were like 36 hrs away.

yeah that south looked a lil weak.

near the end of my play time exp. i learned to save some resources right before swarm, plus if other chokes arent that threatened, ill delete during the swarm to get some resources back and build another line behind one that might look like it may struggle. thats why i like a few titans though.. they are like mobile executors and move fairly quick. if you place your own mutant at the AIs point of attack with the support of 2-3 executors.. that thing will eat.. just expensive. hard to do if behind though.

also setting all your executors/ballista priorities to attack the strongest or whatever that term was helps a lot.. after that initial wave kicks off you can mass select them all again to go closest ..

think im at the end of the last of us 2.

i saw the remaster just finally released for PC, but playing it on PS4. pc would look better...

game is decent if you arent bothered by gyrl power and the woke push..

AI is def better than the 1st game but its logic can still be manipulated by cover fairly easy.

I stopped playing AC at Origins when they started making the combat feel like button mashing.

However, if they kept up their habits, the beauty they could instill in the historical environment was second to none.

I still remember how Unity managed to make me feel like I was legit running around during the French Revolution.

Good times.

Finished the last of us 2..

unpopular take... but i think 2 is better than 1. i was never a 10/10 or even 9/10 perp on number 1. sure the woke shit in 2 is meh if you aint gots testosterone and bother easily , but the gameplay is better. combat feels better. added prone makes stealth that much better... while i can still manipulate the AI, they are better.

even with the woke yolk.. story is decent.. they tried to sell me on such and such person, but i never got invested into that tank like they seemed to want me to.

game def at least twice as long as the 1st..

anywho worth a play.. wanted to finish it before tlou season 2 comes out. hopefully season 2 of the show is focused on the gaps year... another game checked off the log...

I played the very first one and was hooked on the storytelling and historical immersion each time they made a new one.

Part of the fun was exploring the world, just traversal was fun and could yield interesting historical immersion.

When i played Origins it felt like a Batman game with sandy pyramids in the background.

For a long while there was a running story for the Assassins who were fighting the Templars in modern day.

That story revolved around Desmond Miles and a few side characters, notably a Kristin Bell voiced romantic interest.

She turned out to be a traitor and some kind of God forces you to kill her in the game before Desmond dies.

In the last game I remember, you are unlocking some mysterious temple in the non-animus game while experiencing some historical figure in the animus to find the clues needed to unlock the whole temple.

When you finish unlocking the temple a God called Juno is unleashed and she kills Desmond while preventing some kind of Sun spot eruption from destroying Earth.

After this, they seem to just do away with there being a central character, you become some unnamed infiltrator inside the Templar company.

The game itself becomes a button masher focused more on combat than stealth or historical immersion.

If the outer game had changed but the inner game was still as fun, I probably keep playing, but by Origins I neither enjoyed the story being told, nor the gameplay, so I just stopped.

It sure felt like they lost the vision for a cohesive story, and that's rough on a game where the story was extremely patchwork and mysterious as it was.

worth going back and playing from the first one, you think? do u think the gameplay on the first few would have aged well?. or is the story worth dated gameplay?

i just started robocop rouge city.. first lvl seems meh.. very basic shit.... looks nice but meh....but ill give it a chance.

robocop was shit.. if the game was longer i would have quit.. i started bypassing all side/optional shit and just wanted it to end.. thank the ghod it ended. if i wasnt a fan growing up.. no way i would have made it half way through even with its short game length.

i could have sworn i watched a couple of reviews of this and those reviewers liked this trash.. slow, clunky.. shit.. do not recommend.

Just started playing it, so I'm not too far into it. Didn't think much of it at first, but kinda thought it was getting a little better. I've been doing the side quests except for the serve and protect ones. I mean I'll do them if I come across them, but I'm not going to wander around forever trying to find them. For it being free I won't complain too much, same with Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Played a few matches and it was fun enough, but there's just not enough variety to keep it that way.

The, "bitches come" line was enough to make me love this. Opposite of Kurtwoods bitches leave. So far the game is clunky and starts off really bad. But if you dig RoboCop I'm gonna say it's a sold 7.5 out of 10. No where near shit like Foz said. It's nothing special but decent if you're a fan of the original Verhoeven film. Not quite as gorey though.
