High five on the Neil Young Omelet. I didn't notice it there before. Haven't listened to that in quite awhile either.
The difference between now and the 70s was the creativity of the artists. Neil Young, Carol King, Eagles, etc could literally fill up an entire album of music. Each song strong in it's own way. Today they are lucky to get out 1-2 decent songs per album. Even the so called good songs now are still crap
You talk about music today being limited and your defense from the 70s includes Carole King and Eagles? lol.
old man is old.
Just examples of 35 groups that put out full albums of great material. Today bands crank out one average song that you nitwits think passes for good music. A skull full of shit is shit. You talk about music today being limited and your defense from the 70s includes Carole King and Eagles? lol.

No offense but I dont really pay attention to music recorded after 1985
That's the stupidest fucking thing I've seen somebody post on this forum. And that's really saying something. And why 1985? Because it was the last year for a decent Dire Straits album?
1985 was the last year Eric Clapton was relevant.
Hey shit for brains. It's a valid statement because it is a preference, not a fact. Of course, good music was written after 1985 but less each year. I then had less interest in wading through all the crap on the radio as CDs were then prevalent and I was able to easily get at the music I wanted. So, I didnt need to listen to the Seattle grunge types and the droaners that were everywhere at the time. As the 90's and 2000s hit it because a wasteland of bad music. Not really interested in the moanings and wailings of a BonoThat's the stupidest fucking thing I've seen somebody post on this forum. And that's really saying something. And why 1985?
