The worst physical pain I've ever endured were/are the headaches that I get from reading Jntg4 or Gator's posts. No, I kid (except for the Gator part).

I never broke a bone, other than a few ribs here and there. I was shot by a 7.62 round in the arm, and it hurt, but it wasn't as painful as it sounds.
I think I'm going with a toothache. Someone elbowed me in the face playing basketball, split one of my molars in half. It hurt so bad, that I built up the strength over a few hours, and just pulled the rest of it out with pliers... and that hurt even more. I was only 17 at the time, so I didn't think it through.
I fell off my bike when I was little and broke my thumb and that sucked but the worst pain I've ever felt was after a surgery called Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, aka UP3. A UP3 is a surgery that corrects sleep apnea and involves the removal of the tonsils, uvula and trimming down the soft palate on the back of the roof of my mouth.
It was absolutely terrible, I couldn't eat or even take my medicine. It's normally an outpatient procedure but it landed me in the hospital for 3 days. I lived on pepsi (because the carbination made my stomach feel a little full) and jolly ranchers for a fucking week. I don't wish that pain on my worst enemy...
