What is your favorite food/pastry with coffee?

formerly cigs.. now just vape and coffee.. but i only buy da cheap shitty premix cappuccinos for the most part.. which arent dat bad.. the other normal coffee is for the guests.. but lots of aussies like hot tea wiff milk n some sweetener.. im normally on da monster in the morning but in winter coffee is the main warm me up pick me up..

i normally dont eat until after i drink coffee.. or i drink coffee after i eat as me dessert....

if im on the run and stop fast food.. maccas cappuccino.. egg bacon mcmuffin and nicotine.

Yeah, I tend to have the coffee on its own after I've finished breakfast. Tend to eat breakfast with a glass of juice (preferably OJ), then have my cup of joe. I do like to dunk the occasional plain donut in though.

I prefer the long john version, but I agree that's a good combo.

I usually put so much sugar in my coffee I drink it alone as breakfast. Only eat one meal a day anyways (Dinner).

It's how it was introduced to me as a little kid. Lots of milk and sugar with a tiny bit of coffee. Resonated into adulthood. It's a bit much for most people. I'll admit it's overboard. Very sweet.

I think sooner or later I'm going to train myself to drink it black. I'm sure once I'm accustomed to it the sugar aspect will be overwhelming in hindsight.

I used to go to Bears games with my Dad in the late 90s/early 2000s.... for noon games we would leave at like 6am to go tailgate.... when I was like 11 he started buying me DD coffee extra cream extra sugar.... at the time it was great.... I hear people order that now and cringe lol

Throw some ground up flax seed in there, or even chia. My wife has been making 3 ingredient banana muffins for the kids the past two years. The lil shits have no idea how much flax seed they've ingested from them. We grind them up in a blender. Super easy. We also put it in pancakes, PB & J, milkshakes, etc.

Love me some GD banana muffins.

You cannot go wrong with the biscochito flavor, put a little cinnamon in the basket with the grounds. It is fucking delicious!

Sorry- I am a big name brand coffee guy... Folgers Gourmet Supreme, the darkest coffee they make.
Inexpensive enough that I can double the amount of grounds without feeling wasteful.

I make it dark enough the room dims when I pour a cup.

I do cream and one spoon of sugar- and when properly made a good dollop of half and half moves the color shade to that of a football.

... years ago I went to a friends house that enjoyed as dark a roast as i do- and she put heavy whipping cream in my coffee instead of half and half.
What a horrible thing to do- I was immediately hooked and it took a year to break the habit.

Went to bakery school for work many years ago. Baked a shit-ton of breakfast sweets for days, including frying donuts. Can no longer eat anything sweet for breakfast. Love coffee with a bit of sweetener & some sort of dairy.
