What sort of HAUL do you expect the Bears to get for Fields?

“I think it will be limited to a certain extent, but it really doesn’t matter if it would be limited because if it were just a couple of teams [interested] — and I think there could be — then that’s all it takes”

In addition, Schefter announced what he thinks the Bears could get in return for Fields.

“The consensus in an informal poll of league evaluators is that Fields would be worth a second- or third-round pick in a pre-draft trade.”

However, he maintains that Chicago might be able to squeeze a little more out of viable suitors.

“I think they might get a 1. I do, yeah.”

I choose 3rd + change = The 10 Ft. truck for $19.95 a day.

If da Bears trade the No. 1 then they should get back a 26 Ft. this year, a 26 Ft. next year, a 20 Ft. this year, a 15 Ft. next year, a 5x8 Trailer + 4x8 Trailer next year. It's only fair. But if Poles can get an extra Pick-Up Truck, that would be gravy. And he would probably want a Car Tow Dolly (Player).

When the Bears trade for Claypool, he had just come off of 2 prior seasons of 873 & 860 yards in receiving. Fields does not have any previous season of even 3,000 passing yards.

Poles just knew he was trading a second. If you’re trading a pick now you actually know what the pick is. So not really an applicable comparison

Maybe we're chasing our tales and Poles has gentleman's agreement with Seattle. Could be anything at this point. Time for a reset as I still think Fields is worth a 2. I'd still want to move on but I like the guy and who knows what Waldron thinks he can do. Maybe Poles is looking to see if he can butt fuck somebody for the #1 enough to keep Fields.

Market conditions may not be favorable at the moment...Atlanta got it's QB, ditto Pittsburgh, and those were supposed to be the top two suitors for JF. Minnesota is leaning towards Sam Darnold for some reason, Gardner Minshew to Las Vegas...Maybe it's better to just wait.

now there is no choice but to hold onto fields...the raiders were the last team that supposedly had interest in him and they went the minshew path. the only scenario now is a team looking to add him as a backup or some sort of workout injury to to a starter causing a last minute need.
