Yes, tapatalk works on all mobile type devices (iphone/android, ipad, whatever tablet). On laptops...idk. I'd just go to the site. As for being notified on the site if you got quoted, unfortunately I'm not sure. I'm sure Crystallas knows though.

What I'm hoping to eventually have on this site is for a guy/gal to be logged in while sitting at their computer at work, but having various notifications pop up to let the poster know that other posters quoted them. I guess it would be similar to the way that link shows who thanked a post, but better.

A QB sub-forum, as it stands all Cutler threads are lumped into the one...where they are dead and buried.

A sub-forum would eliminate mods having to constantly move threads, as well as organizing the flow of discussion.

This suggestion was voted upon and lost by majority earlier in the year.

However, a re-vote would probably go in favor at this point.
