I'm curious, does being at the game give you more credibility to analyze his performance?

Didn't say it did. Just that it looks different when you're there. Sitting in the endzone at Edward Jones convinced me Bradford didn't have it.

Amazing what a difference an Oline giving the QB as much time as he needs makes. Hopefully they keep that up.

I don't even really think that was it this week. He had plenty of time a lot of pass plays the first three weeks, he just didn't hit some of the throws he should have. Today he was money on almost everything. The bucs D playing like they were lost all game definitely helped too. Nagy's play calling all game had Bucs players biting on plays and leaving their man in coverage. The Bellamy TD is a prime example.

I just checked, 36 on my ignore list. Anyone who called Trubisky a bust last year was instantly added. People over reacting this year without actually critiquing anything were added. I'm guessing there are at least 30 people who should be eating crow instead of pretending they always liked Trubisky.

Yeah, unsure the actual amount, but it SEEMED like at least half the posts last week were bagging on the guy....after a win....

I mean, if he continues to play close to this level the rest of the year, I feel bad for all the 'fans' that jumped off the ship after a week or two.

Big performance obviously. If he could stack another good game after the bye, that would be even more encouraging. They’re still finding their identity but if the OL keeps protecting like that, or close to it, I think Mitch will feel super comfortable and play very well. You could tell he was thinking much less today. Interesting season, boys. The defense is there and if the offense could grow over the course of the season, it could get crazy. I think Nagy will continue to get better over the year as well as he gets more familiar with his team. It’s there for the taking this year.

There are a couple of people on my ignore list. But god damn, you've been busy. :lmao:

I wiped it out when Cutler was cut. It was quickly refilled with the same people. Mostly IGT just so I don't get them taking up room while I'm trying to read between plays.

I've been hard on the oline, I have to give them kudos. I've never seen Trubisky able to hang back there for 5 seconds before. He had time today and wasn't even having to step up to get more time. Only one sack.

Glad to see everyone is finally onboard the #TRUTRAIN! Took some of you longer than I thought, but I'm glad you're finally here.

@Grimson, you suck. We all know who you are.

P.S.- Trubisky will be the best QB to ever play in a Bears uniform. /thread

The fact that more aren't eating crow tells me they'll be back at it as soon as he does something wrong. I bet we hear Grossman roller-coaster references.

When Mitch plays poorly it's okay to say so. Stating the obvious is not hating, it's not being a bad fan, it's not disloyal. When people cry about haters they sound like idiots.

Mole-Eye played great today and every Bears fan loved it, gloating that you knew it all along after one game feels desperate. Last week it was to early to call him a bust, maybe this week we should hold off on the gold jacket.

Saying so ≠ declaring bust or worse QB ever or calling for the back up or fretting about what scrub to replace him with.

I didn't know it all along, I still don't. I said he is a young QB, give him some time, 2nd year, 1st year in a new system. I was told I was making excuses.
So no, if I could take crap for saying to have patience those with no patience can take some crap back.

Curious why those of you defending the negative nancies or "haters" can never find the time to defend the fans or "meatballs".

Happy as hell and enjoying the win!!

He had a lot of time in that pocket; Bucs worst D in league.

When the pressure is on and you gotta make throws when it counts, we’ll see what Mitch can do

Remember Fitzpatrick was playing lights out as well for a few

Either way ,
Party on!

Despbro! Has Cutler ever, at anytime in his career played the the season’s worst D in the league? Did he hang 6 tds on them, without turning the ball over once, while completing 73% of his throws?

I just want to apologize to literally @Everyone for, once again, starting the most popular non IGT thread of the week.

It appears that certain members of this forum are offended at my latest #calledit

I didn't want it to be this way
