He wore his Blackhawks colors when playing street hockey for the Cup. So I doubt there are any regulations with that. Sopel was wearing the Blackhawks jersey at the *** parade after he had been traded. They won the Cup in the Indianhead and they damn sure should be able to wear it when partying with the Cup.

The most funny thing about Steeger is that's the closest a Maple Leaf will ever be to the Cup.HAHAHAH

The fact is these guys are now blackhawks for the rest of their lives. They will continue to be paraded back to the UC for the rest of their lives, and some day, one of them may even get a heritage night. They are now part of the history and lore of this team, and it's something that will never be taken away from them. They will all wear the indianhead again in one for or another.

I will always consider those that have found themselves with another team,

to forever be a Chicago Blackhawk and their name on the Cup justifies it.

Huet is supposed to have the Cup on the 27th of August. Think he will be keeping it here and not taking it to France? He HAS to be staying here since the Cup is scheduled to be at the Sox game on the 28th then flown over to Sweden for Hammer to have it on the 31st.



Anyone know? Would it even make sense to take the Cup to France where no one knows what hockey is?

When I talked to the "keeper" guy it is going to Europe and Hossa this week.
