I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that I don't think were gonna be as bad as last season. We migh not win the Central but as long as the prospects work out and we add some arms, key guys have bounce back years, this year migh be easier to watch.

He's not gonna be traded that's what this says. They decided that Danks is the new Buehrle. They let Buehrle go and are handing Danks the key.
Buehrle was Danks's mentor since he started playing for the Sox. I think Danks might be ready to be the ace.

It only devalues Danks in the very short run. He's signed up long term on a below market deal. If he comes out with an era under 4 in April, his stock is back, under 4 thru May and sky's the limit on his trade value. I think it's a great deal and I am happy that they went five years on him.

Hudson isn't someone you build a rotation on. Hudson is a 3rd guy in the rotation pitcher in the national league on a team that isn't super good. If he's what we're building off of, we aren't that good.
