its so obvious dierkes at mlbtr and his crew love the cubs. he has every big name going to the cubs. lester,peavy,masterson and martin. either way his picks are ususlly way off.

Would actually like to see the Sox do something. Need a little bit of everything, offense, defense, pen. Should get rid of Danks and some of that deadweight in the lineup.I feel like the last big FA signing was that dude Adam Dunn. (Not counting international FA, different structure)

The Sox shouldn't hesitate eating a ton of Danks' money if it means he moves. Part of building a great team isn't just adding good players, its getting rid of bad ones too. The Sox have the financial room to do it. Eat a lot of money, if need be, and get a player back. Nobody is going to want Danks as a pure salary dump.

Scary that Danks is the 45th highest paid player in the league. Scarier that Jackson is 61. Will be interesting to see how the Sox and Cubs get rid of Danks + Jackson
