It's very VERY real. You should have seen him when we met up for beers at Mullens in Naperville. He ordered a Hacker Pschorr Hefweizen... before the beer even got there he pulled out his phone, paused his speed metal Pandora station and loaded up the Untapped app. He was excitedly telling us about how this beer ferments the yeast and how it's an untraditional wheat beer that uses only 60% wheat and 50% barley.

I've never seen someone so jacked about something so simple as a beer.

lol, yeah i've quickly moved on to SOURS now and fucking love it, but can't find them on tap or even in a bottle at any bars. Most refreshing beer ever!!!!

Not a lot of places do have sours on tap unless its a craft beer specific location. I've heard they are gaining popularity so maybe someday they'll be more available.

I'll definitely be ready to pour an IPA for Sundays opener.

The ones I tried were highly recommended by someone who knows sours.

As for really getting pumped up, maybe I'll go outside and get into some heated trash talking with my neighbor before the game, jk. Have to watch your pumped up thread for ideas.
