My favorite ballplayer of all time is Buck Weaver but since it has to be someone we were alive to see-- I'm going to go with Carlton Fisk. He's scrappy and fantastic and plays the game with 110% dedication and respect. I know I was still young when he stopped playing ball but I remember my dad telling me all about him and "why we liked fisk" when I was a little girl at games.... I was so infatuated with him when I was younger and I never stopped being a fan. I have this picture of him hanging on my wall in my room

I just love Jeter because he knows he's the shit, never stops winning, slays skanks constantly and doesnt give a shit what people think.
