Grown up a Sox fan......I loved Ventura, Ozzie, Lance 'One Dog' Johnson, Fisk, and Ron Kittle. Those were the guys I always emulated growning up......

My favorite ballplayer of all time is Buck Weaver but since it has to be someone we were alive to see-- I'm going to go with Carlton Fisk. He's scrappy and fantastic and plays the game with 110% dedication and respect. I know I was still young when he stopped playing ball but I remember my dad telling me all about him and "why we liked fisk" when I was a little girl at games.... I was so infatuated with him when I was younger and I never stopped being a fan. I have this picture of him hanging on my wall in my room
