Tojo would certainly be interesting conversation. Him or Fumimaro Konoe. Konoe created the one party state in Japan (the Imperial Rule Assistance Association), oversaw the but then resigned from everything after he was overruled, as Japanese leaders decided to attack US/UK/Netherlands. Tojo took over "the party" and lead over-all national policy, more or less, to the end.
