So what would a person have to do in order to make a statement like that? What would they have had to achieve in order to meet the "qualifications" of saying that? This is unique to the NHL for some reason, you don't see a stupid shit argument like this with the NFL or NBA or MLB, and there are TONS of stupid shit arguments in those sports especially the NFL. But not one like this. I have no idea why either.

He's a player who goes out with the intent to injure others and is a detriment to his team (and the sport) because of it. He's always been that way, he'll always be that way. What do I need to do to be "allowed" to say that? Even though it's blatantly obvious.

So I guess we won't see you voicing your opinion on any players then, right? And we should also assume you have never made a negative comment about a single player in the NHL, right? I mean, a guy that can hardly hockey stop without falling down isn't even entitled to an opinion on your average rec league player, let alone anyone in the NHL.

there's a difference in critiquing a player, or voicing an opinion on a player, and flat out saying that he doesn't belong in the league, because fact is; if he is in the league, he deserves to be there.

And oh wow, attacking my hockey skills! Rolls right off me since when I saw you in November, you didn't even know who the hell I was, yet I'm to believe you've watched me play hockey.

you shouldn't say anything, because all you do is ***** about every physical moment in a physical sport. You whine about hard hits, fights and visors. I would rather shave my nuts with a cheese grater than read your stupid opinions.

I disagree that he's going out there to purposely injure someone. He's an emotional player who plays the line, sometimes over sometimes under. What he did was it dirty? I would say so, but I've also seen that done by others and nothing gets called. Essentially their calling it due to the injury. If Perreault gets up and tries to find him, nothing would of been called.

Maybe it was another guy on the ice wearing a sombrero then.

So that was a nothing cross check, he hardly touched him, and that happens 20 times a game and Perreault is just a pussy and needs to grow up? That is seriously your opinion on it? Perhaps you need some perspective...

Look at Carcillo's arm extension, how he is lifting off the fucking ice, and the impact... Yeah, he hardly touched him.:smh:

There is actually no difference at all between critiquing a player and my statement on Carcillo... My opinion has nothing to do with his ability and everything to do with him being a disgrace to the game. He is a cheapshotting coward and the sooner garbage like him are gone completely from the NHL the better.

Come on man. Watch the replay. Carcillo knows exactly where he is hitting him and he basically hit him as hard as he possibly could. He is also staring RIGHT at his target spot. I know you have been crosschecked in that spot before, so you know damn well how painful just a light crosscheck is. There is essentially no padding in that spot. He is lucky the stick gave and he didn't snap his arm in two.

Maybe, since Jako wore the Sombrero this year. Also I didn't even play the year before that, I was the announcer.

Oh thats right... you shed your blood sweat and tears in the ADVANCED game.

Rex was working on hockey stopping on the side since beer league hockey isn't his fulltime job.

You are just upset that your golden boy has made all of his supporters look like morons. Again. Including the Blackhawks for giving him what will likely be his very last season in the NHL.

Not rly.

He's been a lot better than Morin ever was. For almost league minimum.

Stop crying over a 4th liner. If Carcillo would have done that to you, you would have ran for the hills.

What does Morin have to do with Carcillo being a moron? He played well for a bit and reverted to form. Now he will cost the Hawks a roster spot.

Run for the hills? No, I would have been on the ice holding my arm as well.

This was about as close as you're going to get to be able to prove a player's intent was to injure outside of swinging a stick at a player's head. The play was dead, the whistle had been blown, and the Hawks were going to get a power play. Carcillo got mad because of Perrault slashing Toews' stick and targeted the spot that he himself said after the game that he knew had little protection. He broke his stick with how hard he cross checked him there. I don't care what you think of my other views on the game, it has nothing to do with this. We've seen him hurt himself trying to hurt another player before, why are we EVER giving a guy like Carcillo the benefit of the doubt anymore?
