Williams was brought in as a low-risk, high reward signing. Just wondering, what kind of field are they practicing on? I would also guess that for some, it's nothing too serious, just a result from not being in top condition yet. They just haven't used their fat leg muscles in awhile.

Guys starting to get sore knees, sore joints, things that are likely to start popping up now that, as BBOb stated, their bodies haven't been getting this consistent of work for 9 months. It takes the body some time to respond and it will start to ache and get sore as it adjusts, especially if you're approaching 300+ lbs. as most lineman.
