That's what I thought...you got nothing but cowardly gifs. And for all hailing Trestman as this "great" offensivse mind in the likes that we've never seen...up to this point, I am not sold. He flashes brilliant design but more often than not his offense stalls. Cutler is a factor but I believe the scheme and play calling has a lot to do with it. Imo, we should've made the playoffs last year even with the worst run D in history as we had opportunities to close the door on the division but couldn't. And if we miss the playoffs again this year, well Trest would officially be a lame duck in my book. Good coaches can win with average talent but they can dominate with exceptional talent...so far this year the Bears offense have been average with exceptional talent - go figure.

Exceptional talent compromised by injury. A coach should get at LEAST 3 years. We are way more penalized this year. I do not doubt Tressman's and Matt Cavanaugh's offensive chops. It stalls because of penalities and turnovers. Lack of continuity caused by injury.

You're hemorrhaging stupidity. There's no point in arguing.

Martz should be on no one's list. Year 2 before Cutler was injured this offense was rolling along nicely.

Whatever dude...that's all you can say. Just give me a quick 2 sentence summary on your position of Trest and O then. If it is valid and has logic then I will recognize it.

I'm sorry, but you not giving me validation would rock me to the core. I will keep my opinion to myself as I wouldn't be able to take the rejection if you didn't like my logic.

When the O is ranked significantly higher than the D, what do you think the primary reason for a losing record is? Yes, O should be doing more but get some perspective.

Bob Babich.

also how incredibly bad is it that Mike Tice wasn't the worst OC they had in this span of time? lol

I don't remember where I saw it but I saw Cutler threw for the most yards in 2009 with Turner. mind blowing right? he incidentally threw the most interceptions however.

No, Martz was well designed that way... but don't look behind the line of scrimmage if you want to see someone walking upright in that Offense.

Martz was a square peg, round hole type hire. They missed on 2-4 other OCs and hired him late into the offseason knowing they didn't have the players to run his system. For Martz he is who he is. He tried the same things that made the Rams great, but with 1/3 the talent. The. Again that's all Martz knows and JA had to know that when he hired him.
