Would you trade Rose for any player in the NBA?

I still think wing players like Durant have a better chance of leading you to a title than a PG.

I understand Rose is a rare athletic point guard and we'll have to do how he continues to progress but history is on the side of Durant.

well history said big men lead you to a title, but then was the era of the wing. now i think is the era of the point guard and you'll see the game change. and with that i think a point, especially a scoring point, can lead you to a title.

There was no era of the wing, there was the era of the Jordan. Since Jordan has retired the title teams have had Shaq, Duncan, Garnett, Gasol or Ben Wallace. The first three are hall of fame locks, Gasol is probable, and the only thing that might keep 4 time DPOY Ben Wallace out is the same people that keep Rodman out for not being a scorer.

You still need big men to win unless you have Michael Jordan.
