All real GM candidates wouldn’t stand for what happened with Poles having to pick from 3 lame duck idiot coaches.

Kevin Warren isn’t impressive either. I heard him give a speech a few years ago and he was completely wrong on the issue he was discussing. Not impressed!

Poles has to be fired or we won’t get the top coaching candidates. Yes, he fleeced the panthers but every other GM does the exact same thing.

This team talent wise is nowhere near where they need to be! Literally every lol be other than the trade has stunk! He’s an ego maniac, that’s led to too many head scratching moves.

The bad moves are piling up. Claypool, 18 mil for Edmunds, the coaching disaster and not one real difference maker drafted during his tenure. The last one is probably the biggest offense considering the emphasis he's put on building the right way, i.e. through the draft.

But he has built a team that - talent-wise - can compete for the playoffs.

In terms of players, he also moves on from mistakes quickly.

That's what you want from a GM.


However, if he retains Eberflus beyond this season, I will be out on him.


I am giving Poles the benefit of the doubt in that Eberflus was interviewed before Poles was, and there are enough red flags that, despite what has been said publicly about their relationship, I think ownership told Poles who to hire.

Poles can make the argument this offseason that Eberflus lost the team; an argument he couldn't make last season, where it was very much the opposite.

Honestly? It's entirely possible that Poles was out on Flus last season but ownership made Poles keep Flus another year.


I give Poles another head coach. But I want Warren involved as a buffer between ownership and Poles. Warren needs to tell ownership to butt out.
