Looking out the window watching for the wife to get home from work. I seen something run across the front yard, i wasn't sure what it was.
Wife pulled up the driveway and i ask her to take a walk with me . I seen it was a gopher , maybe a pound or two. I asked her to let the dog out and grab my 22. The little friggen gopher would chase the dog away ( 3-10 feet ) Dog would come back at the gopher, the gopher would chase it away . This went on for about 20 minutes. In the meantime the wife is hiding behind me with a snowshovel scared the gopher would go after us .
155 lb Boerboel, that i paid $ 2,500.00 to watch out for us against Bears and such, gets ran off by a 1,2 pound gopher.
