The dog has already chased a black bear cub out of the yard, dont know where mama was , got everyone close to the house.

Again a job a $50 beagle could have done...and if he is chasing out bear cubs from your yard I wouldn't classify your dog as a pussy.
Also you didn't spend $2500 on a dog to catch and kill gophers but to warn you about bears, seems like the dog is doing what he is intended to do and you are bitching just for attention. Another indicator that you are a Urblock alt.

just saying, my beagle I paid maybe $50 for from the local shelter has a kill count of 24. 1 rabbit, 3 birds, and 20 moles. He has attempted the murder of 4 opossum's but those wirey bastards won't come off of the fence. Also have had 0 bear sitings so there is also that.

Is your .22 all blinged out and tactiCOOL? I got a kit for my Ruger 10/22 but never put it on- It would turn it into an assault .22--I would be able to plink 100's of gophers and mow down 100s of weeds from my front porch rocker.

I just wanted that breed of dog. I really wanted a Rottweiler but my homeowners insurance would have increased. It was just funny watching him back peddle from the gopher. O'h and the wife giving me shit about the money i spent on him ... I wouldnt trade that dog for the world though
