Zambrano is giving them too much credit. I don't think they could finish in first in a T-ball league right now. :lmao:
okay lay off the crap a little.

They suck. It's a fair assessment. I saw some little leaguers today more fundamentally sound. Chicago baseball is just not good.
Not really...
Any mlb team would beat a LL team..
Are we bad? Yeah.
Could normal logical talk be used? I'd hope so.. gotta understand that some of us don't come in and kick ya when ur team is down.
Whatever. If you want to take it as that. Fine.
A lot of us in here are fed up.. Especially losing to the Cardinals.. even more losing the way the Cubs lost the past few days..
I think fed up is an understatement. I mean we have lost five in a row and I still yelled **** when Pujols hit that homer.
It just seems when one aspect o the team is working the other isn't.

If you remove yourself from being emotionally attached to this team, you'll feel a lot better.
I've learned this over the last few years and it works....you just kinda shake your head and move forward.
The Cubs are bad and they're going to continue to be bad for a long time...it's sad but true.
How for a long time? This team is so similar to 2006 it's not funny. Lots of available money.
Poods, agree 100%. Also, if the Cubs don't feel good about Barney at 2B, I can see Johnson. The Cubs have had interest in for what seems forever. Sign him to a 1 or 2 year contract. Maybe he can play 3B.
I'd rather watch Daytona at this point.
At least they are WINNING

Lots of available money? Let me forward you to this article...
Report: Cubs In Financial Trouble
...and ownership only cares about making money, not spending it...
"I can't stand it when I hear someone say they can't afford to go to a game. It might be hard to get tickets for a Yankees or Sox game, but there's no reason why they can't afford to go to another game." - Tom Ricketts
