I'm staying up for one more inning, if we don't score I'm heading to bed. I'm tired as shit and every emotion is magnified when I'm tired

If tribar got smoked by a speeding vehicle would anyone care?

Hope it doesn't happen, just wondering.

I think TBS made a good point about this game. Mets have 4 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks. Cubs have 1 run on 3 hits and 1 walk. I feel like eventually Rizzo is going to hav to break out because he's too good of a hitter to slump for this long.

I could be wrong here, but I think part of Rizzo's struggles right now is that he's trying to pull everything. He needs to flip a few the other way

He hasn't been great since before the all star break. His average dipped. He will always walk, but he has been pretty so-so for awhile. Cubs need him and Bryant to make the offense go. Its a struggle when they struggle.

He gets in guess mode a lot. When he is going bad, he tries to guess on pitches. You can see him do it. Im not sure why he does it. Its like what he falls into in slumps.

Another Schwarber homer here would make this game a lot more interesting. He grew up in Indiana IIRC... he should be fine in the cold.

Ohio, but your point still stands.

Schwarber is the one guy I still have a lot of confidence in.
