What are you talking about? Olajuwon was guarded by either Grant or Wennington at almost all points in that video. Pippen only came over on double teams and even then Hakeem was seemingly scoring at will. Yes Scottie was also scoring and penetrating but it doesn't prove much.

That clip proves alot. bulls overplayed rockets on defense. i didn't included moments when hakeem turn the ball over 4 times !!! in 1st quarter due to bulls oressure under the basket and reflections. hakeem scored because bulls didn't have enough centers to guard him, only perdue and wennington, so they played him carefully bot to pick fouls. hakeem is talented player but bulls are better because they are a team that builted for years by phil jackson. players understand each other and team has excellent chemistry... you don't like scottie pippen guys, that i can see reading your posts. thare was alot of graet players in those days but bulls was the best "complete" team with scottie pippen who took responsibility for leadership and did his best to win alot of regular season games and playoffs...

Yes The video is just highlights. But its is an example. Get the game yourself and watch it all the way through and you will understand.. You have to see to be a believer. I saw the game live plus have it in my collection so I believe the bulls could win against rockets...my belief is also based on the whole season....You never saw the game so I don't understand how you can debate somthing you know nothing about.. Your speaking on hate and opinion.Its not like Eternity or I are gonna post the whole game but if you like, I can work somthing out to send you a copy for 20 dollars which would be a good deal..then you'll have the facts you crave and claim to know...Its a small price to pay for you to try and prove your right in your arguement which after you watch you will change your mind unless your blind....When you see it, then you will have a right to argue about it....As of now you can't have an opinion cause you didn't witness....For now the stats of game are listed below since you only seek facts. Horace Grant didn't even play good like normal and the bulls won the posted game against the rockets...Wennington over achieved in game because of extended minutes do to the absence of cartwright. The point is that the bulls had a versatile line up to make game to game adjustments against the rockets if there would of been finals between the 2..The bulls won this game without there full line up..Now add a Luc Longly to the mix and the bulls chances increase more..Bottom line is the bulls won this game without all there pieces..now imagine what the would of done to the rockets with the rest of there bench and adding Longley to that lineup who is traded to the bulls not long after this game occured.. I see you guys changing the debate because you obviously felt you were at a dead end. Pippen and the Bulls were one of the top teams in the league that year, and most agree that Pippen was worthy of his placement in the MVP voting...yet we hate Pippen....what the hell do you guys want from Bulls fans???

And the leader of that team was Michael Jordan when they were winning titles. That was JORDAN'S TEAM! Scottie did play good cop to Jordan's bad cop...but Jordan was the top dog.

What is far-fetched and absolutely insane is your thinking that Luc Longley and Bill Wennington could do anything to stop Hakeem...that is absolutely crazy.

Let me tell you what I remember about the Rockets and that season...Wennington saved his job in Chicago...by scoring 19points against them in Houston. And he did it by shooting jumpers. Does that mean he is the difference between the Rockets winning and losing...of course not! If Patrick Ewing couldn't stop Hakeem, why the hell are you even mentioning Scott Williams??? Of course they could have beaten the Rockets...its more likely that the Rockets would have beaten them, because despite what you are saying...the Bulls had no answer for Hakeem...he averaged close to 30pts and 11rebs against the Bulls that season...give me a break.

also 8 turnovers by hakeem and bulls had only 2 centers for this game so they can't defend hakeem well. he scored 29 pts but his team lost. stats are not full as we said before, alot of defensive work not counting in the games.
