Superman's boring as ****. Batman and Spider-Man are the best, and it has a lot more to do with their Rogues gallery.

This movie sounds terrible. And how in the **** can batman beat up any superhero(even Robin). Batman is just any other guy with gadgets, **** him, and his gadgets. I would laser his hands and feet off if I were Superman.

Yeah, Batman is actually a ninja in a bat suit. Batman also knows he couldn't actually defeat Superman, but he gives no fucks.

Heard the movie sucks, also heard it's awesome. From the sound of it, seems exactly like the Superman movie. Lots of talking followed by awesome action crammed into the last half of the movie. That said, DC can't seem to make a damn movie without tapping that Batman well.

Sure does. Really wanted to like Man of Steel. Casting Michael Shannon as Zod was a really good idea. It just seemed hollow and devoid of something.

Then I went back and watched Superman II and figured out what it was.

I am curious if the reviews/box office for DOJ will change the course of DC's plan.

In other news, 'Gotham' is still awesome.

I saw the movie and it's probably not as bad as the critics said it was but still not really a good movie once you look past the excitement of Batman and Superman on screen together. In any event, it doesn't matter as it still raked in a shit ton and seems to be headed down the Transformers route ie poorly reviewed movie that makes a **** ton of money. The highlight for me was seeing Wonder Woman in this really and the teasers that set up Justice League.

What's funny is this is technically the sequel to Man of Steel, but from the trailers I've seen and from what I heard, Batman is the main focus. I guess even they knew how bad Man of Steel was.

No interest in seeing this cause I thought Man of Steel was horrible and the fact that they put so many characters into a movie. I'm a huge Spider-man fan and I've seen twice now that shit just does t work.

I liked Man of Steel a lot. Very solid reboot for me.

I thought there were more than a movie or three in Batman v Superman which could have been done. Too many times leading you in a direction and then no payoff and leaving you wanting more.

I think they needed to make Lex less Joker too.

I was ok with how it ended.

The first half of the movie goes off on too many tangents and likely loses a lot of people with its dream sequences and randomness. Second half picks up steam and as the plot becomes more focused, the movie gets much better. Lex and Batman aren't as most would expect. Batman is not only darker but very much an asshole. Lex is very cartoony. Dude of Steel is the most solid character. Probably why he's chosen to save the day.
