For your Ric Romero, No duh moment of the day. I give you ESPN:

Leddy sticking with Hawks

10:14AM ET

Nick Leddy | Blackhawks

It sounds like Nick Leddy has officially carved a role with the Chicago Blackhawks. Leddy has played 26 straight games with Chicago. Most importantly the Hawks seem to trust him in a playoff race.

"It appears the young blueliner's role on the Blackhawks now is stable," writes Dan Rosen of NHL.com

According to Rosen, Leddy has been sent down to the AHL and called up six times since Leddy won an opening night roster spot. Part of this transition to full-time NHLer has a lot fo do with Leddy's defense partner, 2009-10 Norris Trophy winner Duncan Keith.

No shit.

I really want ESPN to cover the NHL because I think they do an awesome job of broadcasting sporting events but they are so clueless when it comes to the goings-on of the sport.

Which is surprising to me because they own 20% of TSN, so why don't they just use all their stuff.

Interested to see what he does here... from camp I recall him being one of the best passers and he created a lot of scoring chances for his line. Also was a good two-way player.

Both the NHL on the fly analysts had the canucks in 5. **** them. Not just winning but winning handily.

regardless of who wins, I think this series is going 7.

I the hawks manage to make the series 3-2 (hawks) it is going six like the other years. The hawks will put the nucks away as soon as they can. As much as I hate them the nucks are still kinda scary good this year.
