In the Islanders/Penguins game tonight, Nabokov was pulled after OT so that DiPietro played in the shootout....

Nabokov didnt look injured...maybe a strategic move? Islanders lost btw...lol

Bring in a different look and throw the shooters off a bit, make them overthink things maybe. Also could be that DP has been stellar in practice during the shootout.

I completely agree with you and I don't think it is right to do to a goalie in a close game like that. Just was throwing out what the Leafs used to do and their possible reasoning behind it. I believe it was with CuJo.

Just checked it... the Coyotes game looks like a sell out next to the Dallas game.
