How does this work? Can we agree to terms with Parise and Suter and be her the cap and then trade away players at a later date to get under the cap as long as its before the season?

Parise is a great player, but I'd rather have Suter. Directly addresses the needs. If Bowman is gonna go after a big name guy, make it Suter. I also don't believe that the Hawks are actually serious contenders to sign Parise.
