So no Harper or Strasburg types then lol.. Cause everyone knew when they coming out

Not everyone can be super badass. The Nationals sucked at just the right time and reaped the rewards. Sometimes you just have to get lucky.

For the most part if your team is going to suck, just get the #1 pick so you can get the best overall player. With the new CBA, getting to pick first also means you can get the biggest pool of cash.

No guesstimates even?

There probably are some lists out there that real experts have put together, but I haven't really searched for them. Suffice it to say there isn't a clear cut 1 or 2 guys right now. Guys can move and drop quickly based upon their performances in the next 12 months.
