Viktor Hedman has 7pts in 3 games so far (3g 4a)

I always thought he made the team too young, but I can't believe he's 23 in his 6th season

It also shows that you shouldn't give up on players if they haven't established themselves as solid players by the time they are 20-21. I wonder how many were already ready to write him off as a bust before last seasons breakthrough.

3 games.... 3 games people. and 4 of those points were in the last game where stamkos had a hat trick...I'm not saying he'll suck this year, but I'll wait and see how the rest of the year turns out because he won't keep those numbers up obviously.

Hedman has gotten better every year in the league. He's not going to be a ppg defender, but he could possibly top 60 on the Bolts.

D obviously take longer to develop and he's now hitting his prime. Shit it took Pronger and Chara how many years before they became top caliber dman instead of just giant pylons.

Jaromir Jagr on pace to pass Marcel Dionne and Ron Francis in points and become 4th all time in points.

It was a ref elbow to his face that almost completely tore his nose off.

Dayum is right. A cross check right into a refs elbow. Chimera's getting good at hiding it.

I like the way the NHL is handling this; suspended with pay until they legally sort out this mess. If it turns out he's innocent, fine, he comes back. If not, he goes to jail and is kicked out of the league and to the KHL when his sentence is up.

Maybe, but it's not like he's suspended without pay. If a cop or a teacher allegedly commited a violent crime, I don't think anyone would have any issue with them being suspended with pay and away from their profession untill the mater is all cleared up.
