No need to troll TCD tonight... WWE Monday Night RAW is in Montreal and Brett Hart is making an appearance.

Of course TCD is fapping at the TV in anticipation.

why does he always make a surprise appearance in Montreal? I get that's where the screwjob happened, but it's 2500 miles from his home.

It's getting better again. I just record it and watch the beginning middle and end.

Getting back to more characters like back in the attitude Era.

Glad to have him off of the B'hawks. Sad to see the Special teams of the W'hawks go into the shitter.

Ass Havocs question is still valid. How wrestling appeals to anyone over the age of 12 baffles me.

im a wrestling fan and not ashamed to admit it. but i go way back to the 80s with territories and all that fun cartoon shit kids got suckered into. never thought it was real for a second that was never the point of being a fan. no different than watching and enjoying stage fighting in film and television but wrestling is better because of the tacky story lines that lead up to the stage fighting. i actually fast forward through a lot of matches and always have just to get to the mic work and the story line shit that used to make me laugh. however if there are actual guys that can wrestle and sell moves and do well with ring pyschology then ill watch the match. some of the stuff pro wrestlers can do is pretty outstanding and athletic when they are actually allowed to show it. the best in ring wrestling comes from the indy circuit. when they get to the big companies they are usually watered down.

besides that i actually do like the politics of wrestling and always have. i also like the real side of wrestling. the drug abuse..the injuries..the lifestyle...the real shit. for some reason the entire industry fascinates me as business and as a pop culture phenom. there is def a lot of current wrestling shit i hate and i certainly dont like it as much as i used to as the industry has taken a beating with lawsuites and moral and cultural criticism but the history of the industry is loaded with fascinating stories and characters both horribly bad and good. thats what gets my attention.

now that this thread has been hijacked back to no interesting blackhawks or hockey news. once ribeiro was signed the league whent quiet.

Not enough as they can still be fish-hooked. Mandatory cages....which will lead to mandatory metal plates for the elbows and knees.
