Mandatory visors for Tour de France participants! If not that then strip club participants.

Safety man, it is all about the safety. Never know when a tassel, hard nipple, of edge of a dollar bill might get into your eye.

The World Weiner Express participants should wear visors as well, just in case there is unexpected hot juices.

Strippers could fall of the pole and hit their head or smash their face, get rid of poles and mandatory visors.

Exactly. People can diss it and think it degrades women all they want, but it is an art form and these girls just want to make a living doing what they love. And this girl definitely knows what she's doing.

The Florida Panthers and restricted free-agent forward Jimmy Hayes came to a last-minute agreement on a one-year deal Tuesday, thus avoiding their scheduled salary arbitration hearing in Toronto.

Hayes, 24, is coming off a career-best season of 11 goals and seven assists in 55 games, 53 with Florida and two with Chicago. Hayes made a prorated $687,500 salary last season as part of a two-way deal, and will receive $925,000 on a one-way contract this season, according to a team source.

The 6-foot-6 Hayes was orginally drafted by the Maple Leafs in the second round in 2008, and came to the Panthers from the Blackhawks on Nov. 14, along with defenseman Dylan Olsen for forwards Kris Versteeg and minor leaguer Philippe Lefebvre.

“We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Jimmy,â€ Panthers General Manager Dale Tallon said in a statement. “We look forward to his continued contributions to our team both on and off the ice.â€

Hayes, who had been bouncing back and forth from Chicago’s AHL affiliate in Rockford to the Blackhawks in the past three seasons, found a niche on the Panthers’ fourth line this year, however, he was most effective when former interim coach Peter Horachek placed the 6-6 Hayes in front of the net on the team’s second power-play unit where he screened out goalies and cleaned up rebounds.

Hawks are still over the cap, and were about 2 months out from regular season.

Still think Oduya or Bickell are gone, just to clear enough cap space to allow another depth guy who's cheap start the season up here.

Just don't see the reasoning in getting rid of one of those two important players when there are two completely expendable players in Rozsival and Versteeg who could be moved instead and they'd be fine. Who cares what they get in return for them.

Rosi has a modified NTC. You also have to move enough for deadline moves and other resignings that are coming up like Seabrook. And I assume Saad and Kruger? And don't forget, before we know it we're going to have to raise the amount of the backup goalie.

Because Oduya is gone after this season anyway and Oduya will command a nice return from some Eastern Conference team.
